3D competition - Changing the way we see disability - Winning team
Me and my colleague participated in a 3D competition of the “Changing the way we see disability” event organized by the Social Welfare (University of Patras).
The idea
For the majority of people, walking through a university campus may seem easy but this does not apply to visually impaired people. We decided to draw a three-dimensional map of the University of Patras campus with braille labels attached on the roofs of the buildings. In the following image you can see a preview of the final model which is based on the University of Patras. The white objects represent the buildings and the red objects represent the labels with the braille code.
You can find the GitHub repository here.

Results
We are happy to announce that we achieved to win the first place of the competition.
