Future Greek Rail Hackathon
Me and my colleagues participated at the Future Greek Rail Hackathon organized by OSE.
The idea 
We proposed an idea which solves the obstacle on rails problem. A drone will travel alongside the train and a few meters in front, in order to detect obstacles on rails using computer vision techniques. The driver will get informed immediately and he/she will be able to stop the train in time. Here you can see a website created for the Hackathon and the promotion of the idea. Results
Unfortunately we were not able to achieve an award but it was a great experience and I hope we will have the opportunity to do it again.
